32. Are there provisions for free or subsidized access to media for political parties?

Law on the financing, and control of financing, of political campaigns (2004, last amended 2019), Article 16(9)

Discussions of candidates over the radio and on television with the aim of presenting election programmes - in compliance with the principle of equality and according to the procedure laid down by the Central Electoral Commission - shall be financed with state budget funds allocated to the Central Electoral Commission after the latter announces the final lists of candidates.
