24. Is there a ban on political parties taking loans in relation to election campaigns?

Article 17. Sources of formation of financial resources of political parties
The financial resources of political parties are formed from membership fees, voluntary donations, loans, income from property, from events, distribution of printed publications and publications, as well as other income not prohibited by law.

Article 19. Use of income
Political parties create, in the manner prescribed by law, enterprises and organizations with the rights of a legal entity, only for the purpose of fulfilling their statutory tasks. Income from the activities of these enterprises and organizations cannot be distributed among party members and are used only to achieve statutory tasks.
