46. Do any other restrictions on online media advertisement (beyond limits) exist?

Political Organizations Law: article 38
"Artículo 38.- Duración y frecuencia del financiamiento público indirecto
(...) En el caso de las redes sociales, se puede contratar publicidad diaria hasta en tres de ellas. El espacio contratado para hacer publicidad en redes sociales se distribuye equitativamente entre todos los partidos políticos y alianzas con candidatos inscritos".
"Article 38.- Duration and frequency of indirect public financing (...) In social network, daily advertising is allowed in threeof them. The space hired for social network advertising is distributed equally among all political parties and alliances with registered candidates".
There is a limit for hiring online media but only if it is apart of the electoral space hired by the State as indirect public funding.
