15. Is there a ban on state resources being given to or received by political parties or candidates (excluding regulated public funding)?

Regulated public funding is the only allowed contribution from state sources.
The state contributes to provide financial support to the political association according to procedures based on equalty and justice Article 14 (Source: Political Association Law)
P 48, 'Article 14 of the Law defines the financial resources of each association as follows:- Members? fees.- Unconditional local contributions.- Operational support by the government.- Investments and revenues pertaining to the association.' It is prohibited for the candidate to receive any money for election propaganda from any party.(Article 25) by Decree-Law No. 15 of 2002 on the House of Representatives and Representatives.
