31. What are the provisions on 'ear marking' direct public funding to political parties (how it should be used)?

Law on the Activities of Political Parties and Groups, Art. 17 

l parties eligible to receive assistance are required to use the funds received for the purposes and programs of the party and report it to the end of the fiscal year. Receipt of the subsidy is subject to the submission of a financial report and its approval by the Party Commission.
