62. What other institutions have a formal role in political finance oversight?

"The Registrar shall cause to be kept proper books and accounts of the Fund and cause to be prepared for each year a statement of accounts. 

The Registrar shall on or before 31st March of each year submit to the National Assembly a copy of the statement of accounts prepared under subsection (1) for the immediately preceding year."
