15. If there is a limit on the amount a donor can contribute to a political party during a non-election specific period, what is the limit?

Art 63. Párrafo I.- Las contribuciones individuales hechas por particulares a los partidos, agrupaciones y movimientos políticos no podrán ser superiores al uno por ciento (1%) del monto máximo correspondiente al partido que reciba mayor asignación de fondos públicos.
