Where can proposals be signed?

Art. 12. (1) National referendum under Art. 10, para. 1, item 5 is organized by signature of an initiative committee of citizens, consisting of 5 to 15 members.

(2) The initiative committee under para. 1 organize and coordinate the subscription by:

1. prepares the forms on which the signatures are collected;

2. after agreement with the mayor of the municipality, determine generally accessible places where the signatures will be collected;

3. notifies the Speaker of the National Assembly in writing about the initiation of the signature for the referendum and about the question put to the vote in the referendum;

4. completes the necessary documents and submits the signature to the National Assembly.
