Art. 13. (1) (Supplement - SG No. 19 of 2014, in force from 05.03.2014) The signature shall be submitted to the National Assembly by the initiative committee together with the documents under Art. 11, para. 4 or Art. 12, para. 7 and is entered in the register under Art. 10, para. 3 . The signature is also entered in a structured electronic form, containing the data of the citizens who signed by hand, in the sequence in which they are entered in the signature.

When the presence of the required number of signatures required under Art. 10, para. 1, item 5 or para. 2 , the inspection shall be suspended and a protocol shall be drawn up, which shall be sent to the Speaker of the National Assembly.
