16. Is there a limit on the amount a donor can contribute to a political party during an election?

Source: Paragraph 1, Article 8 of Presidential Decree 15/2022:
1. Η ιδιωτική χρηματοδότηση πολιτικού κόμματος ή συνασπισμού, από το ίδιο πρόσωπο, κατά τη διάρκεια του ίδιου έτους, δεν επιτρέπεται να υπερβαίνει συνολικά το ποσό των είκοσι χιλιάδων (20.000) ευρώ.                                                 

Τhe regulation does not differentiate between an election and a non-election period. The limits in place are general in nature and apply to both periods.
