Article 21: (1) The number of members of the National Assembly shall be 300, including 254 members of the National Assembly from regional districts and 46 members of the National Assembly of proportional representation. (2) The number of members of the National Assembly to be elected from a single National Assembly constituency (hereinafter referred to as a "National Assembly District") shall be one.
