Article 114. Qualification for registration as a voter
(1) A person who is a citizen of Seychelles and has attained the age of eighteen years is entitled to be registered as a voter unless the person is disqualified from registration under an Act on the ground of- (a) infirmity of mind; (b) criminality; or (c) residence outside Seychelles.
