Is technology used for identifying voters at polling stations (electronic poll books)?

Article 30.- Publication of the definitive registers. The definitive general patterns will be published on the official website of the national electoral justice system and by other means that consider convenient. The National Electoral Chamber will order the printing and distribution of the copies of the electoral roll and copies on magnetic media of the same, for the primary elections and general, which will also include the data required by article 25, for the registers provisional numbers, the serial number of the elector within each table, and a column for the signature of the elector. Those destined for the elections will be authenticated by the electoral secretary and will be printed at the back the opening and closing minutes. In the heading of each one of the copies will appear with outstanding characters the district, section, circuit and the corresponding table. The electoral courts will retain for at least three copies of the register.

Article 32.- Distribution of copies. The voter registry will be delivered:

1. To the Electoral Boards, three (3) authenticated copies and also the number necessary for their subsequent referral to the authorities of the polling stations.

2. To the Ministry of the Interior, three (3) authenticated copies 

3. To the Political Parties that request it, in an amount to be determined by the federal judge with electoral competition of each district. (In paragraph: expression 'electoral judge' replaced by 'judge federal with electoral jurisdiction ', cf. art. 47 of Law No. 27.504 BO 5/31/2019)

4. To the Courts and Electoral Boards of the Provinces, an equally authenticated copy.

The Ministry of the Interior will keep in its archives for three (3) years the copies authenticated from the electoral register. The national electoral court will distribute the definitive printed registers of private electors of freedom to prisons where elections are held and electronically to diplomatic and consular representations abroad, through the Ministry of Foreign Relations, International Trade and Worship.
